Please note that we will keep the 2nd Sunday schedule as much as possible.  This is to avoid confusion regarding our Misang Pilipino.  Therefore we will celebrate our 17th anniversary on September 11th and include a special remembrance prayer in memory of the 10th anniversary of victims of 9/11.  Please save the date!

June 12th No Mass 5pm - instead 12 noon St Rose Mass

posted May 29, 2011, 4:56 AM by Cezarina Alzona

Dear Kababayan,

We are cancelling our 5pm Misang Pilipino on Sunday June 12th, 2011 in order to participate fully with St. Rose of Lima's 12 noon multi-cultural Pentacost Mass and Picnic.  We encourage everyone to attend the 12 noon mass where there will be a multi-cultural liturgy and celebration.  Please wear traditional Filipiniana dress and Barongs.

Be prepared for a picnic after the mass, so have blankets and folding chairs if you wish to sit on the lawn during the Outdoor Mass and Picnic (weather permitting - otherwise if rain will be held indoors).  You can always change to more comfortable picnic clothes if you wish after the mass.

Please mark your calendars and save the dates:

We will have our regular second Sunday July 10th mass and in August we are moving our 2nd Sunday mass to the 4th Sunday for our 17th Anniversary Mass with reception - on August 28th (space availability and vacation travel).

Maraming Salamat Po!
